It is the workhorse SKU of the Yota-Guard™ DV Pro Series, designed for ready-to-eat (RTE) meat, poultry, seafood, and bakery applications where consistent Listeria monocytogenes and Clostridium spp. control is required at the lowest cost-in-use.
